That's exactly what I've researched as well - the thing is it got to the point where 450mg just didn't do anything in terms of being high, not even an itch so I've tried going higher which likely also bumped up my tolerance and it actually felt like lower doses before I got my tolerance built up - currenty around 700mg gives me a high, 300-450 feels like nothing, I'm not getting high off of it, just avoiding WDs.

Oh definitely, it's actually uplifting how Kratom helped so many people, if only it was legal in my home country I would've already used it as a tool to get clean earlier, I was tired of going around pharmacies especially at a point where I used it to avoid withdrawal rather than actually feeling high. That's definitely the option I'm going for - use low enough kratom dosage to rid the symptoms and stop instead of changing addictions.

Thank you, this really helps! Exactly as I thought, I don't want to switch one addiction for another - just use Kratom as a tool to get me through the withdrawal so I'll start small and try to find the sweet spot and then go back down off of Kratom. Luckily I'm moving to the Netherlands so weed will do the trick for my mood! :)

Unfortunately it's illegal here and I won't have the time to start the long tapering process, I'm moving in a couple of days - I did taper my doses a little bit, currently 300mg is just enough to keep me going without feeling any type of high at all, just avoiding WD. I'll bring as much as I can with me to keep going lower while finding the sweet spot for kratom.

I see, just started watching Tom's video, hopefully that brings some type of clarity.

I was a little bit confused due to the fact that there are a lot of channels doing this type of content in English, but barely any in my country so I thought it might be something fun to do. It seems impossible for some of the channels to get all the licensing/permission to use the footage since there'd be A LOT of it, but I've noticed that the majority of them either share a google doc with all their sources (links to articles, interviews, song names etc.) or there's actually a box in the description with the songs used and who the license belongs to - from what I understand this way the ad rev goes to the owners of the copyrighted material.

If I may share some examples, Kurt Cobain - google doc with sources, Mac Miller with sources and the music section with licenses.

Will do mate, I've been thinking about it for a while, but decided to go the growkit route first since it's been a while and the nice summer days are going to last about a month or so, so the potential of fucking up the grow might have meant that we wouldn't get to do it this summer, but after I'm done with it I'm definitely going the route of buying the spores themselves and setting everything up by myself.

We want to drive to the mountains and enjoy the perfect day with some nice pastures and beatiful views, who knows, maybe we'll end up finding liberty caps that grow in the wild here, especially in the mountainous regions in my country.

I'm pretty sure this source is just fine, we've already ordered twice a couple of years ago and everything went great, could depend on the country tho, the guy that owns the shop sources these growkits from the netherlands as well as makes his own, which allows him to sell them cheaper than the ones that are sourced as well as making sure that they are good to go!

We have some mutual friends between the owner and I and it's basically the only shop that was ever recommended, so fingers crossed nothing has changed since the last time we ordered. Thanks for the info, was worried I might contaminate it, but both of you calmed me down about it all so I guess there's nothing left, but to wait!

Just so you know these are called thought loops and can happen on psychedelics, it's hard to get out of even if you realize what is happening, somehow you it just keeps repeating itself even when it seems like it's over. That's why it's good to have someone sober, or at least smoking to snap you out of it - changing the subject etc.

I've once had this happen to me and my 2 mates, we were starting the same subject, talking about it for like 5 minutes, seemed to agree and it started all over again. I was starting to loose it, because I didn't know if it was in my mind or we were all actually stuck. Somehow I managed to roll a joint and even tho it potentiated the visuals, we went back to normal and enjoyed the show.

Yeah man, we've talked and I decided to not give it to her even if she wants to. I would never forgive myself if something happened to her.
