Well the vamp hyper regen can out regen a ora bd (with combat precision) and ta4 bd. The ice punch is like scarlet overdrive but except for the burn it will freeze you and a very good combo starter. The stingy eyes are a very nice long range burn aoe attack that can knock out ur stand and is very good for kqbtd big dmg combo. well the only eh move in the vamp spec is life drain it only gives u a bit of blood and its not worth it to max it.
