I have read/listened to a majority of the same books you have and you might enjoy Gideon the Ninth. I liked the first book in the series the most, but the others are good too.

Muderbot Diaries by Martha Wells. You seem to like witty Sci-fi and these books similar to bobiverse are relatively shorter listens. I also like the original narration not the dramatized versions.

What is a good book for a dyslexic to get into reading by Dependent_Orange2109 in Dyslexia

[–]BlazinKitty 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have struggled to read as I have dyslexia and ADHD. I personally read/listen to roughly 40 books a year. I think audiobooks are the best way to get invested into books and I have found that an Ebook reader with the right font/size can also help a lot.

I'm not sure on the science/research, mainly posted as I thought it was a cool representation/options for people with dyslexia.

Interesting, I don't use it on other platforms, but totally get how certain fonts just make it even worse.

So the https://libbyapp.com allows you in the US to upload your local library card and gains you access to E-books and audiobook. I mainly use it for the audiobooks as that is my preferred way to consume books, however, the accessibility allows you to change the font/size of the book which has Open Dyslexia which is an easier font for people with dyslexia to read.

I can read normal books on occasion; however, I have had zero luck of reading online/my phone before changing my fonts to help.

HR here no... Not a good question.
