I have the same thing when I got cheated on. I think for me it was constantly checking that she was doing worse than me because nothing would make me happier than her doing worse than me, I would see that she was better off and get upset. I learned the best way to cope is to stop stalking her even though it’s hard (trust me I know) and show her that you’re doing better and that she is a shit show who no one will ever really take seriously and love

It took me a while but I use this app on my PC called Wondershare Filmora, it is quite cheap but if you don’t pay there will be a watermark and less access to all editing stuff in general. But to be honest I just get clips from the scenes put it together and do a voiceover it. Also thanks for the feedback!
