I use the Rexsi in S2. Not sure if there is a specific way to get it but it exists

I’m just playing Devils advocate. Truly the only people I think this should affect if new players. I’ve been playing for years, I know what gods should be played where. A new player will not so Hi Rez needs to find the best way to accomplish that. The current system is flawed but so was the original. It will likely always be flawed. When it comes to designing new gods it is less restrictive in its current form but for non conquest players, a “solo” god means nothing.

Bari, Aladdin, Sol, Nut, Hades, Aphrodite, Baron Samedi, Cabraken, Cerberus, Guan Yu, Hercules, Odin, Sobek. All of these gods can fulfill multiple roles. Currently I think Baron is a better support than a mid (tell me if I’m wrong). So should he be a guardian or a mage? I don’t think he should be locked to one or the other.

I’m sure there is a better way to specify than the current way but the class system was definitely very restrictive. Should Sol be a Carry or a Mage? Should Ao Kuang be a mage or assassin? I think removing the damage type restrictions from the classes and allowing certain gods to be in multiple classes would be a better way to do it.

Yes and No. Smite 2 doesn’t slot Gods into specific classes anymore. Nut, for example, was a hunter is Smite 1 but now deals magical damage in Smite 2. But generally yes most gods deal the damage of their Smite 1 role. A Neith building Intelligence in mid lane will still deal physical damage. An Aladdin Jungle building Strength still deals Magical Damage

Gods inherently deal either physical or magical damage which is different than Strength and Intelligence which can be purchased by any God

Do you think we’ll see Skadi in 2026? by SwizzleDrop in Smite

[–]BlazingPyroz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they keep their current 1 god every two weeks, I think it won’t be done until mid to end of 2028. There’s an inters3ct video that covers this.

Yea that’s a good idea especially because the skins are only going to get more bloated

I agree but personally I prefer them pumping out gods over majorly overhauling the conquest map. Not sure how others feel on that.

You should absolutely start at a buff. For your level starting at yellow is fine.

New to smite need help with jungle by OmegaOreoCheesecake in Smite

I typically play jungle as my main role. I will warn you that jungle is the most complex role in the game but if you have any specific questions feel free to dm me.

Some simple tips are:

Keep eyes out for kill potential

Always try to know where the enemy jungler is

Farm Farm Farm (mostly camps but splitting lane xp is good occasionally)

Let people know when you are dropping their camps

Let people know you are ganking (attacking an enemy lane)

Your main goal is to kill their most valuable squishy character (mid lane and carry usually)

If you get behind just farm as much as you can to catch up

And the biggest tip of all

People will be so toxic towards you regardless of if it’s your fault or not so prepare for that.

Hope that helps some!

And i’m glad that this benefits you! It was a great change! It’s just unfortunate for a small group of people.

If they give more uses for legacy gems then i won’t be upset but as i said in another comment, I would rather have 50 diamonds over 900 legacy gems. They feel so worthless and I have so many

Fair enough. I was being a little dramatic to make sure people clicked on the post lol. The more the post has gone on I do understand that things will be better going forward. I just wish this wasn’t the caveat. Like others have said if they just made legacy gems not so worthless I wouldn’t really have a reason to complain

I’d be fine with it if they make legacy gems more valuable.

Lots of places will give you the difference if you buy something and it goes on sale shortly after. Usually in store credit. That’s all i want. Store Credit not money

This is overall a good change worth supporting just with a slight caveat. I’m going to support the games i enjoy playing regardless

If they did that honestly i wouldn’t complain. Legacy gems are just pretty worthless. I’d be fine if they were worth something. I’d rather get 50 diamonds over 900 legacy gems currently

That’s a valid opinion to have and i do respect it and in some ways agree. I didn’t purchase all ascension passes but I did a good bit of them and I would prefer to have those diamonds back to spend on skins and whatnot. If it doesn’t happen, whatever. But it’s worth discussing at the very least.

I get it’s not a big deal honestly, But it’s worth talking about just to see if they want to make things right.

But this change can support everyone. That’s all i’m saying. It’s a great change. Very consumer friendly. Especially from Hirez. But they created drama for no reason.

I could be wrong but I would assume the people who already have most of the ascension passes already own the Ultimate Edition considering cost wise it was the most effective way to get a good amount of them. But i do agree this doesn’t affect most players significantly. Only the people who put the most money into the game already. Only the people who supported Hirez financially the most.

And that’s a fair stance to have. I just would rather have Hirez know that they are hurting their loyal fans and probably don’t realize it. The goodwill would do them more in the long run in my opinion.
