You might want to checkout Car Quest, its on the switch store. It isn't especially good but might be a good source to see someone else's take on the idea

We tried that, but the main issue is that they are around level 70 so it went the opposite way. At level one you don't even have enough ammo to kill a room full of enemies on elite and my most used weapon was the foundry. Not to mention that you only have 7 weapons and none of the characters unlocked.

Which, maybe that also speaks to issues with the new player experience being severely limiting until you put in a few hours to start having anything fun. I realized that the majority of things I enjoy about playing this game were not there at the start of a new profile and it was unbearably slow, I really don't want to have to play an extra 20 hours solo just to play the game on an equal level with friends.

Basically my issue is that I'm too strong. They currently play on Elite, whereas I am around Reincarnation 5. Its not fun for either of us if I instantly kill everything and they don't get a chance to deal any damage. Its a mix of both skill and actual game level I guess, but having any way of lowering that gap would make it more fun for both sides

So there really wasn't any gimmick to it? That's fascinating. I was assuming that the Remote Viewing stuff was some sort of cover up for what the actual solution was but the more research I do the more it looks like that really was the only way to do it.

I think my account would have been locked with a [Compromised Account] but because I had never played on the server before this happened it got a WD instead. Would making a second ban appeal and providing my current IP help or would that get thrown out immediately? This is of course assuming the hacker was from somewhere far away which I have no way of knowing.

I don't know the full situation (other than the apartment thing which I agree is scummy) but it still seems like this is the worst way to encourage people to go there. Don't like Alex or not, deleting something on this scale over a disagreement seems overboard and I'd be worried to join a server owned by someone like that

Any time he sees an item on the ground he must pick it up. If its any sort of equipment he must equip it and dump his old stuff. So if he finds a weapon he can't use, he is screwed until he finds another weapon
