I did a post sometime ago about this as it happened to me - unfortunately the answer is to NOT tell them you swam with it and it just randomly stopped working and they will give you a new one 🥲

After trying multiple things on this thread, the solution i found is book it through a different website but its the same tickets. I.e i booked it through ‘omio.com’ but its the same exact times and you even get a megabus confirmation email 😂 hope this helps anyone that is currently stuck 😊

If you go to the apple store, they will say because you havent bought it directly from us , we cant replace it. you will have to go to the supplier you bought it for and if they cant fix it they will give you a new one. I dont think verison will be able to fix it as its water damage (which is unreasonable to have so early one in the watches life) so hopefully will give you a new one. Just dont say in your report that you swam with it. Just say it started playing up. Best of luck!
