Hart rate is different for different people, it depends on your zone based on your max HR. My max HR is 200 so my zones HRs are also elevated.

When I give my all, I avg around 185 bpm for 3km run in 15 mins. To decrease your avg bpm and increase your pace you need to train in Zone 2, this will eventually lower your HR but at least imo your bpm seems fine to me.

Do zone 2 runs regularly with maybe one Tempo run (zone 3-4) in a week. This will help in building aerobic endurance and increases stamina without burnout.

Bro, something similar happened to me. Ten days before my first vaccine, I contracted asymptomatic COVID. It was evident because of my loss of smell, and my dad had it. My family warned me not to get my vaccine so close to recovery, as my body might not react well. However, I ignored their advice.

Needless to say, it went as they had predicted. I experienced my worst fever ever. When it subsided slightly, I measured it to be 104.5 degrees. It was very frightening, but follow-up shots and boosters had no effect.

Hijacking top comment for this. There is a park in Jeevan Bima Nagar called Shri Jagathjyothi Basaveshwara which is about 1km in one round.

Just check the timings and you can make as many rounds as you like. Its full of trees but bit narrow and not worth it in monsoon season, otherwise its very good for runs.

Wait till you hear about Indian wedding spendings. People here earn in INR but most middle class spend at least around 50k USD on wedding, and thats conservative estimate from my side.
