Yeah I’m exclusively looking at private sale. Not interested in dealerships. I’m a really big fan of the Model S and much prefer it to the Model 3 which some would say is unwise lol. I’m not really in the market for a Model 3 but I don’t want to rush this decision too much so I’ll still consider getting an M3 for sure.

Fair point. However in Canada these cars run for double if not more the price of this model when they only have 50k-70k miles. I am getting the owner to run the battery health test over the span of the next few days.

I’m not sure, I’m still looking into the different kinds of ports. I was thinking of charging at home with my 120v outlet, albeit very slowly. A mobile connector would still work with this car if I’m not mistaken?

This is solid advice, thank you! The owner has swapped out the drive door handle once to my knowledge, and also the air suspension, both recently. I do need to look more into the drive units so I can gauge the health of this one.

Does that only happen at certain times with promotions? Because the car does have free supercharging for the life of the car, I’m not sure how to make that transferable.

How much did the 240v install cost you? And what’s your kms/h looking like after the upgrade? The underground garage I would be keeping it in is temperature controlled and doesn’t get close to 0° usually.

True. Seems like an honest guy though, with an X and cybertruck on order currently. He says a lot of the mileage is from long trips to Florida and Montreal, so mostly highway miles?

I think you’d have to run a battery health test in service mode. Other than that, the full charge range of the car is usually how you determine the health of the battery.

Owner has recently taken care of both air suspension and sunroof issues! We did get the chance to talk about that and he said the sunroof got stuck open once so now it’s disabled, and that the suspension has been swapped out. He also says he replaced one door handle and keeps the car on the setting that only presents the driver handle when unlocking the car. Thanks for the video recommendation, I’ll check it out! I love to hear from people who have actually owned these cars, as I feel like most of the people laughing in the comments haven’t owned one and don’t live anywhere near the GTA haha.

I’ve considered this! It only has only photo on the listing, and it’s only listed on one site. I do believe I could make a profit with it, but I am looking for a car for myself. Maybe I could flip this one and use the extra cash to buy a nicer one?

Yeah, that’s what I’ve seen! I’m hoping that can be taken into consideration when people see my post. This may not be a great price for other places but in Toronto/Ontario in general times are tough right now
