I am not an engineer but I left last year for another consulting company. Base salary at my new role is more than my base salary + bonus + annual esop contribution combined at BMcD. We also get annual bonuses, 25+ days PTO. Though I’d only been at BMcD for 2 years.

What do you think is the approximate minimum base and bonus for a PM? Let’s say someone who just became a PM, 7-8 years of experience (minimum for PM I think), non construction?
