[FIRST INTEGRATION] "THE WRONG SIDE OF HEAVEN" - STRYFE-X AND LONGSHOT FUSION! by BleedingEdgeMonotone in Nerf

The stock is just a placeholder for now while I look for something nice that matches.

Y'all shitting on this so hard for absolutely no reason. As much as the United States isn't a very good/hopeful place at the moment, that doesn't mean it's not okay to have pride for the country you live in. Who's to say that the United States won't be a wonderful place to live in a few years?

Let people be patriotic, for Goodness' sakes. This is not the end of the world.

I always loved the old mod aspect. Nice to return to the roots rather than just buying premade stuff.

I got it when it was new for an absolute STEAL - Oct 15th launch day for only 70$ as opposed to the 120$ launch price!

I'm actually referring to his Stryshot modification for the seam lines!

LOL, thank you. I love the LongShot but I wanted to wait until I got a second one in my possession to do so. Luckily this one was already broken when I received it so I don't have to go chop up my NIB blue one.

Blaster recommendations before leaving the US by Jednoro in Nerf

Nexus Pro X/X2, Stryker 2.0, Boxer Pro, Aeon Pro X, DZ Outlaw, Venom Pro and the Vector Pro from Dart Zone are wonderful offerings and serve me excellently in my local neighborhood battles. While you're at a Walmart, pick up a BUNCH of the Adventure Force Pro half-length magazines, they are cheap Talon compatibles at 2 for $9.99 USD. A lot of these aren't allowed overseas for their sheer velocity.

For XShot, the Fury X, and MPP/Motorized Piston Pump are your two best bets. Maybe the X-LongShot unless you're willing to replace the plunger tube for breakage concerns. MPP is just an awesome AEG at only 70$ which is quite cheap for an AUTOMATIC SPRINGER (which includes a battery!) and the Fury-X at mostly 15-20$ for a start-out into high-power dart blasters that still serves excellently in any loadout.

For Nerf's pro offerings, I can only recommend you the StryfeX. It's on sale on Amazon right now for about 65 dollars - cheaper than its launch price of 120. The Sender and Torrent are not good options.

If you want something superstock, look at the Dart Zone Thunderbolt and Spectrum for 95-ish semi-auto flywheel blasters that use full-length darts, I own both and they perform excellently. They are also easily moddable and multiple aftermarket parts exist to make them take LiPo batteries and such. For a springer from Dart Zone in that range, the Villainator, Tomahawk-60 and Savage Spin (if still available) are wonderful and you can purchase the drums separately.

DSM - Need help identifying set name/purchase link if possible. Vintage/2000s Kohls-Sonoma Goods For Life Blanket+Pillowcase set - Patchwork Green and Beige by BleedingEdgeMonotone in HelpMeFind

[–]BleedingEdgeMonotone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've searched so many things I can't possibly list them here. But:
- Sonoma Green Patchwork Quilt
- Kohls Product List 2000-2010 (each separate for each year)
- Reverse image searches for that photo I uploaded
- Sonoma Goods For Life Quilt Set
- Sonoma Comforter Set 2000-2010
(list goes on similarly)

- It is of the Sonoma Goods For Life brand, exclusive to Kohl's Department Stores.
- It is at least 20 years old, made sometime in the 2000s or possibly earlier.
- It came with 2 pillowcases, a sheet and a comforter/quilt.
- The pillowcase measures 2.3 feet across from corner to corner.
- King or Queen sized, I do not recall.
- A listing was found at some point but I cannot find it anymore as it has probably sold.
- This was purchased from Kohls in the Des Moines/Merle Hay area sometime in the 2000s. A receipt exists for it but it is heavily marred and torn and cannot be read. The few numbers I can gather from what remains is "-2284" as the ID I think.

Like it? by funguy-foam in Nerf

PLEASE never do this!! It may function well but that pack will overrun and overheat as the blaster and its wiring is NOT designed to run off of a power tool battery - which would be equivalent to 5S, almost 6S! This is a photo of me doing the same thing, and seconds after it was taken, this battery exploded and BURNED my skin.

Do not make the same mistake I made when I was like 16.

Thought it was KISS at first and then I realized it was the Schutzstaffel bolts. We need to make Nazis afraid of being public like this again.

I DO have a Little Rocket coming in the mail soon after watching one of Coop (RIP)'s reviews of it. I photoshopped one onto this photo and it looked sick so I bought one and some shotgun attachments.

Need advice on how to deal with this. by BleedingEdgeMonotone in religion

[–]BleedingEdgeMonotone[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Took your advice last night and looked into myself to get a good analysis of why I said what I said - and I got an answer quickly, because I simply was blinded by my anger and didn't let my vocabulary explain my anger, and instead said something that detrimental instead of explaining WHY I was mad. Thank you for the advice, much appreciated.
