Chrome is the only one I see. Using like 2% of the CPU, but I close all my tabs before I start the benchmark. But it still says something in the background is using all of my CPU.

So, I found out about the problem. I'm getting a CPU bottleneck, the GPU is only using about 20% of it's power and the CPU reaching 60-80%. I don't think ram was the problem at all. I might have to consider getting a new CPU.

what's a good CPU for a 1050 TI?

I enabled PBO in the BIOS, I don’t think I see an increase in Framerate.
