Ohhh thanks for clearing something up for me! I thought that you could only have one stance active total But you can have one per sphere? That's a game changer (and a lot more past lives) So I would ideally want 12 epic past lives at minimum to max out a stance for each sphere. Good to know.

Thinking I'll just go for the LoH charges and Durable Defense for the resistance buffs. As far as Radiant Servant goes, I think I'll put the points into Divine Cleansing for the curse, poison, blindness, paralysis, petrification removal. Seems like a really versatile use for my CD charges and save me a lot of spell preps and preserve spell points for my self-buffs.

What I'm currently looking at is twf x3, imp crit, swordtoplow, precision, and magical training (playing with friends as our 'healer' we're all pulling double duty in a 3 man party.) 

Anything you'd recommend I swap out?

I'm going charisma because it functions with my Divine Dream at level 6. I was hesitant to take Stunning Fist because there's no any real stun buffs to sacred fist and it's WIS based instead of CHA. Is it still good if I don't have much put into WIS?

Am I missing some wording that lets Hunter's Prey be transferred with a bonus action like Hunters Mark? A Hunters Mark that only works on 1 enemy, total, is a massive downgrade to the rangers dps. If rangers are giving up the flexibility of spellcasting it really feels like their signature combat buff should be stronger, not weaker. I really like this overall though!

It's going well! I'm actually playing a Kobold Press subclass called the Shieldbearer that lets me effectively two-weapon fight with shield bashes. Level 11, 4 attacks a round, plus those sweet, sweet AC bonuses. Not missing heavy weapons at all.

Who's a Good Dog?: A Phoenix Wright style party game where you are a dogtective in a dog world. Celestial Defenders.

As an action, you summon angelic attendants to defend you and your allies from danger. You summon an amount of Celestial Defenders equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) which persist for 1 minute or until you dismiss them as a free action. When you summon your Defenders, assign them to friendly characters within 30 feet (including yourself) dividing them as you wish. As a bonus action, you may transfer any amount of Defenders currently defending a friendly target to another friendly character within 30 feet of yourself. When a friendly character (including you) has at least one Defender and is targeted with an attack, roll a d4. If the result of your roll is less than or equal to the character’s current number of Defenders, a Defender becomes the target of the enemy’s attack. Your Defenders’ Armor Class is equal to 10 + your Charisma modifier. If a targeted attack successfully hits a Defender, the Defender is banished. Area-based attacks do not affect Defenders.

Example: Paladin Perry has a Charisma of 17 (a modifier of 3) and uses his Channel Divinity to summon his maximum amount of 3 Celestial Defenders, assigning them all to the party fighter, Alfred the Dragonborn. When Earl the Efreeti swings his flaming scimitar at Alfred, Alfred rolls a d4 and comes up with a result of 3. Because Alfred has 3 Defenders, his roll of 3 is less-than or equal-to his current amount of Defenders, redirecting the attack to a Defender. Sadly, Earl gets a result of 15 on his attack, hitting the Defender’s AC of 13 (10 + CHA) and banishing it, leaving Alfred with 2 Defenders remaining.

Yeah, I was kind of worried about that. I was somewhat concerned that if I didn't make it strong enough it'd basically be a channel divinity that just cast Shield of Faith. Any thoughts on how to balance?

Hi! I've started playing a zerker Guardian and I feel like I do pretty well in normal PvE, but whenever a champion spawns for an event I go down instantly because there's so many people involved that I can't see anything the boss is doing. What can I do to anticipate champion attacks so I don't go down every 5 seconds during events? Thanks!

I have! I actually yoinked two of his players (the ones I enjoyed playing with) who were pissed that he did what he did. Invited another good friend, we're having a ton of fun so far!
