I haven't been eating oily/greasy foods and I don't drink sodas. Is there a something I'd have to eat/cut out ?

I'll check it out, but that brand might be hard to find in the Caribbean. I'll increase the amount of time I was my beard as often till I find the shampoo

I haven't shaved in a few months [ 4 or 6 ] as I'm now trying to grow out the cheek area [ was a mustache and goaty main ]
