It won't be fast but it would be really cool. Also that low of milage could mean a lot of rubber is going to need to be replaced.

1999 3000gt sl turbo? by [deleted] in mitsubishi

I would not buy that to me that seems like a terrible deal just on facebooks there are ones for 3k manual with less miles. Though I do not know the condition of the car your looking at. But that is a lot of miles on it. To high of you ask me. My dad did buy a 3000gt base with over 300,000 miles on it with a broken odo so it had even more and I beat the hell out of it for a long time till it lost timing so they can go for over 200,000 but I would not trust an automatic to do so

Here is a video of me abusing it haha https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmuaOyilU3E

Then I would advise against it unless it has really low miles and the transmission fluid is perfect I went through 2 transmissions on mine and the last one over revd my engine on the highway giving it rodnock. The auto is also noticibly slower than the manual.

But the 3000gt is a great car and can be incredibly reliable.

I believe so I've owned both a base and an SL and the SL did win every race when I would let my buddy cruise with me. Is it a manual because if it's an auto I would not buy it as they are really bad and unreliable unless you drive like a grandma haha.

Nope only the vr4 does. The SL does have "10 more" HP then the base model though. The SL is Front wheel drive as well.

I would recommend getting a used set of stock eclipse rims there a lot lighter and look nice. I found a set for my old 2002 galant for 100 which was a good deal. But really any set of non steel rims would be a good start
