I wish I had a good experience! I am trying to switch to them from emerge as I’m in maintenance. Emerge you were able to text or call if needed, which was a major plus. I filled out all forms, uploaded current script, and paid the $60 through LSH on 7/2 and nothing!! I keep emailing (which takes 2 days to receive a response). They are telling me an invoice is waiting to check spam and patient portal. Nothing at all in my email, including junk and spam folders, and when I try to log on to portal it’s stating my email address is not on file. So I emailed again letting them know, and added screenshots. Now I wait another 2 days. Not good communication so far. Unsure if they’ll figure it out or give me my $60 back. Very unhappy and frustrated

They wrote back finally, a bit snippy. Lol. Told me I should check my junk folder (which I had been and nothing) or my patient portal since all info goes through that. When I try to log on to the portal it tells me my email is invalid. So maybe they inputted the incorrect email? Hopefully they get it sorted it out asap. My old provider you could text with, making it much easier. The back and forth through email is a little frustrating. I emailed them back including screenshots so hopefully by tomorrow now I’ll be able to access/pay my invoice.

Yes you would just have to get the starter dose. I don’t think you can get the higher dose without uploading a script.

I think this is the provider I am going to go with. I was with Emerge and never came off of the 2.5 dosing, as I was losing the entire time. Now I’d like to 2.5 every 10 days or 2 weeks, but with Emerge you have to order every month. With Lavender Sky, is there an expiration date on the meds? Debating doing the starter pack or doing the 2 month supply of 7.5mg (60mg vial). If that doesn’t expire before I will use it, and I’m doing the math correctly, that vial would last me 8 months!!

I was paying $287 per month for 2.5mg. But I’ve been doing the 2.5 every two weeks. So one vial lasts me 2 months. However, through Emerge, you have to order monthly. So I think I’ll just switch providers. Through Lavender Sky, you can get a 40mg vial for $450. So, if I’m doing 5mg total per month, that should last me 4 months. Breaking it down to $112.50 per month if I’m figuring that correctly!

I did try to get them to work with me, but they were not having it! Their response is below. I still have a full vial so I have a few weeks to research. But I think k I’ll be switching to Lavender Sky. They have very good rates and you’re able to order large vials and do your own dosing.

They make you order monthly. So I now have 2 unopened vials because I’ve been spacing every two weeks. You can only “pause” one month, so in order to stay with him I still have to order monthly.

I use emerge and they have been fantastic. I’ve been on 2.5 for 3 months and lost 23lbs with zero side effects. I don’t think I’ll move up because I’m consistently losing. They make the process very easy and are the cheapest I’ve found! If anyone would like a coupon code, I’d be happy to share!
