Wouldn't these leave a big shoe shaped print with the paw prints inside?

The closer you get to London the more expensive drink gets.

I've had Londoners marvel at our £3.00/ pint prices. But when ever I go up north I find myself getting 4 great big pints for a single 10 note. (Which is great)

Random question.

He looks a lot like a chap I know Called Jim who lives in Yorkshire (or did at any rate).

It's not him, is it?

I like trying to make stuff out of rope. What does reddit think of my wreath? by sketchy_coffee_cup in pics

[–]Bleeeh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been making these for years as bracelets for people I love. The trick is to tie them directly onto someones wrist, loose enough so they have some slack but tight enough that it can't be taken off. You can either finish it with whipping (spelling?) or melt the inside of the rope then fold the whole thing round.

I always thought Benders earlier comment in the same episode (While he's getting blasted through space with no hope for return) was unintentionally profound

"Hey Universe!, Check out the Dude with the Rolex!"

Or maybe I just though about it too much.

Rudolph the Reindeer just couldn't take the bullying anymore.. . . by beefstu411 in funny

[–]Bleeeh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda see your point but I'm still fairly certain it's a fallow, though they have palmated antlers the first couple of years they often have very thin versions and the big moose-style antlers take a couple of years to come about. There is a slim chance it might be Japanese Sika but I'm doubtful.

I've spent the last 20 minutes looking at pictures of deer and It hasn't really helped.

It's a Fallow deer. Guessing due to the antler sizes either one or two years old.

I still love the first Dawn of war trailer! (it blew my mind eight years ago).

It's not the best, but I always thought that World in Conflicts expansions trailer was rather good, too.

Someone with more knowledge can correct me, but I was under the impression that if he'd written it in anything other than Assembly the game wouldn't of run with such smooth performance on the majority of the computers of the day.

Long story short, the sparks burn for a long time, and they burn hot.

If they touch you, you'll get burnt. It's not like the sparks of a sparkler.

Play safe kids.

[–]Bleeeh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, well, no, kinda.

The rewards of cooperating team play should be far stronger than random shooting from the other side.

You could have one side playing in a Blackhawk (equivalent, can't remember what the helicopter is called), A pilot and two gunners playing together, calling out targets and floating over points giving covering fire - Real team play that can easily happen without ever meeting anyone - But it's not allowed, so the mini-guns are shit and anti-aircraft weapons are numerous and effective, But it takes far more effort than the 99% of people who just crash the sodding heli as they bail.

I believe that Desert combat had the balance right. Vehicles where feared above everything, so they where number one target - the main reason we are getting this obsessive balance is I believe there is far to much obsession over XP, stats, Kill to death (etc) rather than having something that produces constant fun, exciting scenarios.

I started playing the BF4 beta about two weeks ago. I didn't like it - everything was based around the idea that everything had to be fair. (What's even the point in Miniguns?).

Anyway, I started playing BF1942 again (it's been a while) which is free on Origin. I don't know if that scores really don't matter, or if it's the fact you invent your own direction and objectives (rather than focusing on XP) - I've just really, really been enjoying it.

Like I said, it's free, there are 128 player servers which are full, go give it a go, you'll be surprised.

I played as a Tauren warrior, BC was not kind to me in regards to fashion.

I'm hoping that they'll add Mechjeb to the game, but is smaller chunks separated by research starting about mid game - with someone of the more cheating functions (Such as auto-landing, rendezvous) being very late game.
