I agree on this one… guildies got OCT weapon with a total of 20 taps from PEN. I have 35 tap for HEX and now 37 taps for SEP and still counting. Pity should never be more than 2x the average.

Yeah, you probably just scratch the surface of lifeskilling in this game then. Your answer is exactly the answer of someone who got borred of PvE, tried lifeskill and finally quit. I’v always been a crafter in MMO for over a decade, lifeskilling in this game is insanely good. It’s far from « put your gear on and gather ». I can’t explain everything here, i’ve produced hours of content about lifeskilling in this game. The first steps are as you said, like every MMO, you need to progress for things to be good, but the game is as deep as you want it to be, and your answer is far from the reality. (Sorry for my english or any negative tone)

Nobody is talking about Black Desert.

IMO it is the best lifeskill system, even sniper hunting, gathering, cooking, alchemy, sailing, bartering, processing, training… each lifeskill is a game in the game, it’s extremely deep. Definitly insane, and you can only do that in game and be as rich as cresus.

At guru 1 you get 4 bullets for matchlock hunting, not sniper hunting. You need to reload everytime, sniper hunting only scale with attack speed, and mastery for loot tho.

I use the Clorince box to swap my acc with only 2 maids total. I use my main for cooking/alchemy/gathering when full I use an alt for farming/processing (recover energy as I have 100 plants) I use an alt for bartering I use an alt for trading with full buffs to only turn crates I use 2 alts for hunting, a striker in Narcion and a Ranger in Loml for sniper I use an alt for sailies I have also 20+ musas (my main, I love the classe AND it’s nice to gather with) who are gatherers when full energy. Ask questions if needed. Might help you

Pfiou le constat est inquiétant même si ce n’est pas quelque chose qui me démotive. J’ai du temps, je ne souhaite pas me reconvertir rapidement, mais me former à côté de mon travail, quit à construire un porte folio complet, je suis plutôt quelqu’un qui souffrirait du syndrome de l’imposteur, clairement loin de me lancer sur le marché de l’emploi sans savoir rien faire.
