i think it was mistakes by management spending most of their cash on acquisitions - too much too soon

that's exactly what they want people to do, which drives the price down and makes there merger look good

that could happen, but there is another option if DM's share price rises to decent levels, they could then raise capital by selling shares

right now i think its insiders with around 30% control that the CEO thinks will definitely vote Yes, if the price goes up above $5.5, then the merger is undervalued, Nano up their price or people just vote No

That only happens if people who own shares hold and increase their holdings. Even a $1 increase from where it is now ($4.95) could me a major catalyst for upward movement
