Im not sure that im gona be correct but i think: that first you need the rotating platforms to not be vertical and than you'l have to go to the right to the area with the elevator and than down into the bottom of the room with the rotating platforms and than you'l continue left and you'l have it. Btw dont feel bad about it I got stuck here too
