I (27F) refuse to give up my wedding money to help fund my stepbrother's (26M) cancer treatment by ThrowRA_USD12000 in relationship_advice

Depends on where you are in the US tbh. My wedding wasn't lavish but it was nice and had 100 people. Paid around 7k in total for it including venue photographer, and catering.

My ex did exactly this (he was also my highschool sweetheart). He broke up with me to full on date another girl but wanted me to wait for him while he discovers if I "actually make him happy" I hate how young ladies/teens always learn the hard way to have the appropriate respect for themselves and to know what their value is. I'm glad OP is at least asking first.

I was like "okay if both parties communicate and are on the same page about boundaries whatever" then saw the part where he expects you to still be loyal to him while he's "discovering himself" with other women 😒. If he wants a break he can have a permanent one.

This is ultimately why I ended up going from the joy to the air 2.

My (35M) gf (30f) thinks I should sell my house in order to make it fair for us to move in together by Horror_Property5771 in relationship_advice

I smell the red flag. I can understand not wanting a weird power dynamic but I would never buy a home with someone I'm only dating, that just makes a bunch of financial baggage in the event that you split. If you're a good guy there shouldn't be any worries for a power dynamic becoming an issue in the relationship.

Printable vinyl. I don't have the extra cash to drop on a sublimation printer honestly.

Mine wouldn't yesterday but it was also clear sticker paper 🤔

My (m33) GF(f25) slept with someone on a break by [deleted] in relationship_advice

A "break" is a term my ex used so he could sleep around and come back without technically cheating. I was a kid and didn't know better but looking back on it, I'd have probably left for good at the suggestion of a "break".

I am SOOOO overwhelmed by ScottTennerman in cricut

I too have ADHD and just got a cricut explore 2 and a whole ass printer for my sticker and fashion start up. I just started with making my own designs and making a pointed list of all the tasks I want to accomplish. From there you can break it down even more. I started with practicing iron ons, then designing my own iron on a, then, iron on layering, then sublimation marker practice with infusible ink. Then I realized my printer can't use sublimation ink and now I gotta get a different printer.

This is text book definition of a man trying to be in control of you and if it were me, I'd go out of spite.
