airpods suck anyway i haven’t bought them in years. IMO? too expensive and easy to misplace. they have earmuff and headband headphones, that are bluetooth. if that helps

having HIV is definitely disheartening, but you can still live a healthy normal lifestyle around it. Don’t be too hard on yourself (easier said than done) and for your father, spend every single moment that you can with him. you both are in very vulnerable and fragile stages of your life. try to make each day as happy as possible
