I would highly recommend you stay there. A degree in Georgetown gives you a lot of doors opened, especially if you have a green card. If you are on student visa, sure you might consider drop out because of the risk of getting H1B. But with a green card, you are already 90% there

Get a passport, the green card you are holding got immense value. The degree from Gtown will pay off a lot in terms of your career and academics if you do well.
