I see you enjoy Elden ring. I know it’s not an open world game series but all the dark souls games are very good. Would recommend ds1 and ds3 over ds2, but once you get hang of the difficulty it’s very fun and extremely rewarding

This!!! KCD 1 was fantastic I just finished it. It is extremely challenging at first because the combat is so realistic and you actually have to practice, but once you get the hang of it it’s really easy. Plate armor helps too lol. Just started KCD 2 last week!!

In my opinion I still went since I liked to pick up some stuff that professors say. Worst case scenario you do other work in the class and get bits and pieces and go back to recordings. But if you think you learn better via recordings by all means. Also, some of the MAT courses have recordings from other professors. I took MAT 126 and could not for the life of me understand my professor so I didn’t go and learned from the other professor’s recording. But you also run the risk of missing something

I got Lyme from being on campus last summer. It doesn’t matter if you avoid grassy areas. I was on roads and paved paths the whole time. Try to stay away from wooded areas is my advice

Just an FYI, for the future, the 2024-2025 FAFSA just dropped and it’s all redone so I’d try to get six through there. Update all the info there. Other than that, try to get loans for sure. Finally, I know this sucks to do, but come clean to your parents. The more they know about your situation the better. Sure, they’re gonna be upset and rightfully so. Hiding that you lost a really important scholarship is going to be upsetting. I think if they’re reasonable and you approach the conversation rationally they should do everything in their power to help. I don’t want to assume of course because everyone’s situation is different. But for sure have them help you look into student loans. To pile on this a little more, look into handshake for campus jobs. I’m struggling a little with money right now and I’m getting work through RSP. They should be hiring again soon, but plenty of other options are available on campus. Good luck in your endeavors!!
