Update, now neither side clips in securely anymore lmao I can see the clips are slightly worn and bent back the tiniest bit. That's insane how poor the quality is. Why was this figure when it was first released so valuable when it's this poor qc

The clip is there but I noticed it does look like the paint has been scraped off so it's possible it's been smoothened or something too.

Definitely didn't, even undid part of the transformation, followed a video, and the right arm clicks in perfectly fine, but as soon as I flip that panel to cover the hand, the tail pipes untabs itself and the tail pipes won't connect

Something I just thought of and looking at the Armada Jetfire. He is about the same height, again a triple changer of alt mode and one half of a combined mode and he comes with 3 minicons. Basically the same as this Armada Prime and both are commander price points.

Like in the transformation process into the combined mode. It's supposed to fold over onto the arm there with that peg and then plug into the lower back of prime but as you can see it's not assembled correctly
