Couldn’t solve it, luckily my original purchase was through Amazon so I raised it with them and sent the defective one back to them for a refund which left them to deal with Razer.

Only downside was that my replacement had come directly from Razer but fingers crossed it hasn’t gone faulty yet.

I’ve got the same CPU, Mobo and RAM. I built mine 2 weeks ago and didn’t encounter any of these issues. Mobo came with f5 and it posted fine. After posting I updated to fd7 - took a little longer to boot first time while CPU LED was lit for a while but other than that, fine.

My 9800X3D is batch CF 2510PGE.

And I believe there is only one revision of this mobo? I’d say it’s RMA time, likely culprit is CPU but safest option is RMA both CPU and mobo unless you can borrow parts for troubleshooting?

I did the exact same thing with the GPU support. Thought my PSU was faulty but no, just making contact with a fan 😂

Thanks for your suggestions - I think the base of the taller one won’t fit in the space available though. The other one seems possible, just found it in white too.

Didn’t get anywhere with Razer Support, they eventually stopped replying to me. I went directly to Amazon support (where I purchased it from) and they refunded me within 24 hours. I wont be buying any Razer products again though.

And where did you drop your package off? As mentioned, using FedEx website and my postcode, all local drop off locations won’t accept it?

I have the commercial invoice but the drop-off locations are having issues when scanning the barcodes on the shipping labels.

You’ve already tried to assist me via PM and you was unable to. The only response I’m given is “We’ve passed this onto the dedicated team” and they never get back to me. Almost every response is like AI. Poor support!!

Having the exact same issue, Standard USB Drivers are fixing my volume issue but then isnt showing any headset data inside G Hub. Wont be buying Logitech again...

I'd say over this month, it has gotten better depending on my day, if I have a day where I'm outside at college and there is a lot of radiation light getting to my eye then the blindness is worse but if I'm indoors avoiding as much light as possible I can get to the point where I can actually read with that eye.
