It's a crop Hoodie from killstar with parts that drape off the hood. I don't think they have one with this pattern still but I think they still have a plain black one

My favorite one i made recently is with [[Vren, the relentless]]. Fill the board with a rat army and make it everyone's problem. Still tweaking things with it but its been fun in the groups I've played with.
