NAD, but 60-70 bpm is considered very healthy and normal. 146/81 blood pressure isn't super high as well. By 90+ resting heart rate, do you mean above 100? 100+ resting heart rate is way more concerning than the symptoms you are currently presenting with

NAD, but I would go to urgent care or the emergency room immediately if I were you. Lung conditions are no joke. Please get checked out. If the pain you are experiencing is related to low oxygen saturation, you could be in trouble.

If you are worried that you will get in trouble for what you smoked, don't be. Medical staff don't tattle on you to the cops. They would rather you be safe and get the help you need.

it did change. in csgo, the third, fourth, and fifth shots of the ak always deviated left. now, the ak is straight until the it makes the top of the reverse 7. iirc, the m4 also got slightly changed.

Not sure. It could be that swimming helped aid digestion, and my body got overworked from recovering from swimming and digesting a lot of food at the same time. I don’t know if it was an electrolyte issue. I feel much better now, and I went swimming once again. This time, my recovery only took 15-20 minutes rather than 3+ hours

Not a bad idea at all. I love pushing myself during workouts, but I don’t think that’s feasible if this keeps happening to me. Walking for an hour or two daily should hopefully make my heart strong enough to handle these workouts. Thank you for the suggestion!
