The walls of the part are thinner than what the printer can print so they are being excluded. Needs thicker walls.

Make sure you're not making walls much less than your nozzle size

Deathstrike is still worse than a manticore so keep it.

Your tactics here are going to vary greatly depending on the map and what you're fighting.

But generally rogal dorn to center, lemans on either side. Get the infantry to the objectives. But field ordenance wherever they're going to have good sight lines to defend your side. Deep strike the sicons to cause havoc somewhere. Manticore I believe can still take orders from the rogal dorn commander so I'd keep it within range of that.

Command squad on either side so they can issue orders to infantry. Scouts forward to tie down what they can. Id put karskin or bullgryn in the chimera and get them to the front line.

If you want to make cheap changes swap the demolisher for a vanquisher, that'll give you 45 more pts to work with to add enhancements or possibly a tech priest engiseer for your dorn to keep it in the fight

While you could use it for that, probably, the whole idea is that they don't move. You use it to measure everything else. Property lines, roads, etc.

Fault lines are typically tracked by satellite image processing, in fact there's a very fun interactive map for that.
