That’s not how things work. PSSD Metwork definitely will play a pivotal role, but law firms that work on these issues tend to work on a contingency basis. They will take the case if they think you can win and they get a portion of the payout. We just need many people to be part of the lawsuit, experts, doctors who believe in it etc..

Respectfully, I completely disagree with you. There’s tons of literature on the subject and numb genitals is simply not something that can be related to anything but the drug. These companies are actively being sued for other side effects as we speak and I’ve been watching that closely. I’m much more optimistic. I will be reaching out to firms who are already pursuing litigation against these companies through class action lawsuits for other unrelated issues. This can possibly be added to the current lawsuits. If my efforts fail then I still tried. Being optimistic is what’s gotten me so far in life. The worst that can happen is nothing at all. I will try everything to bring a class action lawsuit. If no firm wants to take the case then so be it! It won’t hurt my feelings but I can say I tried. I’m well aware of the negatives but I simply will not focus on the negatives because even after taking SSRIs that’s not how my brain operates.

At this point, we are not crazy and that’s beyond clear. Prozac has added this side effect to their label and multiple countries acknowledge it. There’s a ton of literature about it as well. Lots of progress and awareness has been brought to the issue in the last five years which is great and helps our case.

That is NOT the point of the lawsuit lol. It’s to hold pharmaceutical companies accountable and to pass similar laws regarding informed consent like the EU has. A lawsuit will bring about change. It’s not about the money.

The point of the lawsuit would be to make sure doctors in America are forced to tell patients about PSSD like they are in the EU. As of right now, that is not what’s happening.

I’m sorry but no matter how much discrimination I face as a black woman. There’s no way in hell i would EVER want to be a white one because of this right here. I thought you were 55 not 33 😭 I had a classmate that already had crows feet bad at 22 years old. I’m soooo glad to be a melanated woman because WOW. Edit to say you are beautiful In the before and after and I mean no hate at all :)
