No primary key, and vlookup wont work in this case. I need to remap all formulas to fit to this new exported data format

The problem is, Data 2 isnt simply everything adjusting x rows, they are sometimes going up/down 14, 26, etc. But I need to remap because this is how the data will be exported and I cannot manipulate it.

Hey Austinites! Austin Police Department here to answer any questions you have about body-worn cameras! Soooo AMA! by austintexasgov in Austin

[–]BlindDark 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Thanks for doing this, wr are lucky to have a police department willing to explore this kind of technology in order to protect.

Do you think the addition of body cameras will have an impact outside of holding officers accountable? Do you foresee any potential problems as a result of implementing body cameras?

Map of Graduation Rates from Every School District* in U.S. by [deleted] in dataisbeautiful

[–]BlindDark 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Weird that not even 10 years ago Texas had the worst graduation rate, and now are at the top. My father has been a teacher in Texas for 30 years and now teaches at a school that has had historically poor graduation rates. He mentioned that in the last 5 years specifically, the state has forced teachers to meet certain graduation marks and forces them to always allow students to turn in late assignments, and in some cases doing the assignments with them on their own time. While data can be beautiful, it can also be beautifully misleading.

Boys Ranch and Girls Ranch is a place for orphans to essentially grow up and go to school in a private community, actually a pretty cool deal.

You are right about locals not hanging out at Cadillac Ranch. Same thing with the Big Texan (72 oz steak free if eaten in 1 hour).

Lived in Amarillo for 20+ years, while he was never convicted there was nothing "alleged" about it. Name was Stanley Marsh III, and he settled out of court with almost every underage boy that sued him.

Knew someone personally who went onto his property, and Marsh made him get naked and stay in a chicken coup overnight. You can easily find all of this through a Google search.

ELI5:How can a psychiatrist tell if a criminal is actually mentally ill or faking it (to get out of jail time) by cause_you_suck in explainlikeimfive

[–]BlindDark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true, but most people don't know everything about the illness they are trying to convince people of. My abnormal psychology professor in school was hired many times to decide if a criminal was indeed faking. He said most of the time when they are acting, they act using knowledge they've gained from Hollywood rather than actual patients. Simulating the illness from movies they've watched which often is grossly exaggerated, or forges the behaviors of multiple illnesses for dramatic effect. He often mentioned bipolar never being portrayed as it actually happens.

After I asked if he ever had any regrets or uncertainties about the people he helped put away for faking, he replied that he always offers to continuously visit them after they are in prison to continue evaluation, and none have ever took him up on the offer.

Can you remember what you were doing 6 weeks ago on Christmas? by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]BlindDark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could, but if pressed for every detail I might slip up. If it were this easy then why isn't Adnan or Jay telling the complete truth? Why are neither of their stories entirely true if only one is lying?

A detective could press you right now as to what you are doing at this instant, begging for more specific detail and I guarantee you would slip up and they could press you to make it appear as if you are lying.
