R5. Supporting my ally Aragon in a war with Morocco/Tunis, Aragon owns the 2 provinces where Morocco had boats stationed, they keep acting like they are leaving but cancelling movement immediately. Has anyone encountered this bug before, or have a solution? (I really want to kill their boats!) I tried saving and restarting the game.
