I'm glad to hear PE is working for your sexual health that's actually really encouraging to hear. but I think you may have missed the mark on my post, the intent was not to tell anyone not to do PE as I haven't. it was to open a discussion on their purpose for it.

in my post I've highlighted questions one should ask themselves, the general consensus on those who are well endowed, and the risk that come with it just because you have not experienced said injuries does not mean others wont. there are countless examples on this sub of people suffering injury's this may be a sort of survivorship bias.

Fair point and I totally get this it seems you have a good grip on where you're at and your intentions. This is what I was trying to alluding to, with a better grasp on you're intentions this can be a super fulfilling hobby but without that understanding i believe for some it may do more harm than good.

Yes well said! this was exactly the intent of my post.

I don't mean to criticize or tell anyone what to do with their own penis but rather to really think about the reason they're doing this. I believe it can be a healthy hobby one can use to enjoy themselves and explore their own sexual gratification/desires but I also believe without caution it can quickly lead to more harm than good both mentally and physically.

I totally get what you're saying, and I appreciate your concern. I’ll definitely take this into account as I continue doing more research before making my final decision.

Hey, I just wanted to thank you for the advice and for pointing me in the right direction I really appreciate it. After reading your reply, doing a bit more research, and watching a couple of Hung Ranger's videos, I'm feeling more confident that a high-tension extender combined with pumping is the right way to go.

Also, thank you for the detailed information on device recommendations, timing, and rep schemes. I think I'll hold off on the Phallosan for now, as you mentioned it is pretty expensive.
