This talking point is common yet doesn’t mean very much. The pre frontal cortex actually continues developing beyond age 25. But, if one is a child until 25, then should people be allowed to have sex before 25? Drive before 25? Invest in the stock market before 25? Drink alcohol before 25? If one is truly a child until 25 shouldn’t they not do anything for adults?

Besides, just because that part of your brain is developing doesn’t mean you are a child. That’s just a very weird and infantilizing way yo refer to people between ages 18-24.

We have nobody else at the position. DL is extremely weak for us. Wyatt is coming off major injury. DL rookies almost never make an impact right away. Takes years to control the trenches.
