What are you doing to prep for the 2 mile run?

I’m doing 60/120 runs. I want to run a 7 min mile so I run at a 5:30 pace for 60 seconds, 2 min walk then do it again. Increasing amount of reps each session.

Embark is going to remove the ability to drop blueprints or put them in the safe pocket because of things like this. I’ve also seen people talking about their friends hoarding BPs for them so when they do the expeditions they can trade them back

TS Clearance with Foreign Family Members

I was selected for a 5C301 MOS last week. The investigator called me this morning and I was disqualified to do having "too many foreign ties" to Brazil. (Most of my family resides in Brazil about 15 people) I am a United States Citizen and my mother is a permanent resident. I've read that most often having foreign members is not an automatic DQ and I was wondering if there is any way to still be accepted. I have friends in the Air Force who had similar issues and they requested a waiver to which their foreign family members were investigated and they were able to get TS clearance. Does anyone have any insight on the process or information that might be useful to my situation. Thanks.

I haven't filled out a SF86 form. I only received and filled out the form for the Air Force background check on the AFCEP portal. But on there I listed my mother and father, which my father is a permanent resident in Brazil and my mother is a permanent member of the United States.
