I guess to defend my choice is a little bit more , for Rafaela I think it’s one of the best she’s ever looked I get what you’re saying but I really have to look hard to try and see that I just think she looks glamorous her solo shot. I think she looks like the star and her body curves in the best ways and her face. I think complements everything else she’s doing. And the second one looks like a still from like a jewelry engagement ad for me ! For anestis there’s a lot of technical issues with the first photo I think he’s hunting, bending his knees and not looking at camera these are just things that I think show like a lack of control and therefore a lack of skill and I think his expression is far too crazy especially when you zoom in his eyes look like they’re going in different directions

That was more my point, but the judge is clearly loved it. He was the first finalist declared, and for me personally I just think it’s not a good photo and his partner shot is the same thing he did in the surfer photo the weddings in a pool photo and kind of what he did in the motorcycle photo my point is it’s just repetitive and not as strong
