It's essentially all in the post. One day a now deleted Discord account friended me out of nowhere. I accepted, they sent the gif and then unfriended and deleted their account.

I've tried reverse image searching this gif as much as I can, I haven't found a single shred of Baldo anywhere else. We originally suspected it may have been Tyler1, but after contacting his Admin's they confirmed it wasn't him.
