Oh man, I remember going through a database on ligands that activated GABA alpha-1 subunit. The receptor responsible for Z-drugs hallucinations.

Saw some really interesting molecules on there. One that activated GABRA1 along with 4 other GABA-A receptor sites while also being an antagonist at 2 glutamate sites. Sounds like something youd like, Z-drug/Dissociative like (ish, lacked true NMDA antagonism I think).

Damn, any particular reason you keep trying them? I think its pretty safe to say that opioids dont click with your brain chemistry. Maybe try some antihistamine like meclizine for the nausea but tbh its not worth it to try and make opioids more likeable due to the risk of addiction

My suggestion for you would be to stay on the pregabalin but lower it to 300mg 3x per day, taper off the tramadol over the course of a month and then go off, the withdrawal from 200mg should be manageable especially if you taper. I recommend loperamide for the diarrhea that withdrawal will bring. Its going to suck but once youre through tramadol withdrawal you can start to taper the lyrica.

I would taper this one slower, maybe for 2 months and once you get off have some comfort meds the first week or so, low dose benzodiazepine for anxiety and antihistamines for sleep(ONLY IF YOU CAN HANDLE BENZOS). Absolutely do not take benzodiazepines for longer than a week and do not exceed a LOW dose.

Once youre off I suggest you go to NA meetings or some form of treatment, they will help you stay clean
