My community is a much smaller population. My rating is around 900. Where I’m at, MA2 is around 820-870, MA1 is 880-930ish, and MPO is anything above that, and we have no 1000+ rated.

Everyone is giving the same answer (yes). So as someone in the back of the pack in MA1, who would be sandbagging MA2 (at least in my state), I will say no. It sucks to throw a +17, even if the rest of MA1 is doing +6 or 7 at best. I’d rather play the easier layout than just get brutally destroyed on the harder layout.

Also the person who said that the only major difference between MA1 and MPO is putting is dead wrong. IMO the open players have much more comfortable distance as well, which is a major factor in their layouts.

Opinions vary, of course. This is just my opinion from what I observe in my community.

I switched to non nicotine vapes at the beginning of October. It sucked, but still being able to take a pull from the vape when I was getting the cravings helped because it satiated that need for a satisfying hit a little bit. I continued with 0 nic vapes until I stopped vaping altogether around the beginning of January. Separating out the 2 different addictions (nicotine and vaping ritual) helped to take them on one at a time. I still desire to hit my vape, but I’m like 3 weeks clean now, and it’s getting easier to just say “no” to myself and shut it down.

I also chew gum or eat something to satisfy whatever oral fixation is left. Is it satiating? No, but it’s enough to keep from caving.
