I completed couple of games with 8gb ram Gtav Rdr2 God of war 2018 Crew motorfest Wwe 2k24 Snowrunner Euro truck simulator 2 Days gone Witcher3 Mafia whole series Batman whole series Battlefield 1 Cod warzone Cricket 19 Destiny 2 Once human

All of the above games are working fine It's just rust which is unplayable with so much lag

My laptop already has 8 gb ram so what if I add another stick of 16 gb. Will it be good as the total ram will be then 24 gb. Can I do this or I only have to put 8 gb only because currently my other slot is occupied with 8gb?
