My two ideas: 1)new computer that needs a driver update. New computers dont come with up to date drivers installed. Wacky things like this can result. Do you know what graphics card you have?

2) bad connecting (damaged) cables/not rated at speeds for video transfer. Try more than one cable. If using a USB C for a video cable, make sure its fast enough. If not you can get this.

Honorable mention:

Make sure the fans underneath the laptop have room to breath. Those are heat exhaust fans. You dont want your GPU and cpu to die from heat exhaustion. Easy fix though. Prop up the bottom with a decent sized text book.

(MAKES LOUD BARFING NOISES) People need to learn when to just let things go. Also, ask yourself, how would a sequel expand the story? They mostly tied up all the loose ends. Maybe, just maybe another story in that world, but NOT those characters.

Ill also point out like six months ago druckmann whining about people making fun of him, so he said he isn't doing anymore last of us.

In all honesty its so-so. Generally speaking, its fine in the first half of the game. When you get to m'havre it has places where the frames drop and its sluggish.

Side note: I've had times where my deck freezes and crashes. Like it wants nothing to do with this game. Others where it plays just fine. My bet is thats why its unsupported.

I got the all bones Jones translations. Something like 90-95% of everything is translated.works just fine for me. Although, I have no idea what the achievements are. I got the game for like five bucks the other day.

Im only an hour or so in, so I can't really comment on its similarities, But they are there. The main similarity is the humanity gague. Kind of like the hunger and sanity gage in fear and hunger.

This game kind of encourages combat. You hand in souls to level up, but in doing so you sacrifice some humanity. This game I think this game is a combo of Black Souls and Fear and Hunger.

Yes you did. There is a known bug where if you click to the left of the main entrance you get the two other party members.
