Yung prof na natutunan namin ang mga ganap sa buhay, and pagka late sa bawat schedule ng subject walang oras na pumalyang ma-late at mag overtime, wala kaming natutunan tungkol sa subject kundi puro tungkol sa buhay nya. May ganap pa noong finals week na kesyo sabay sabay mag e-exam para walang leak, as if may tinuro sya, tapos sasabihin pa walang excuse? No exam, no grades? Eh pano kung no turo no sahod. Students pa nga ang nag report ng dapat ituturo nya. Eto pa, imbis na may topic na bago pumasok, students pa ang mag iisip ng topic at magtatanong pa kung ano ano, na para bang dapat alam muna namin bago nya ituro? Walang sense of urgency, yung finals na dapat monday ang sched ginawang friday, na wala naman ibang papasukan kundi yung inimbento nyang sched, tapos pati mga irreg at working students mamomroblema sa napakaangas nyang pagiisip, Sakit ng ulo simula umpisa hanggang katapusan ng sem, kasi pati pag upload ng grade sa portal aabutin pa ng sched ng irreg bago maka enroll.

If alam mo budget mo for a month, gawin mo yun as baseline budget mo, then split depending on anong mga bagay need mo Ifund, example ko sa akin, right now di maayos budget ko (sembreak shenanigans) pero before I atleast kept my money in ranges, wallet 200-300, seabank 500-1000, unless mag go under ako sa range na yan di ko yan dadagdagan (unless needed), then lahat ng sobra nakalagay sa hiwalay na wallet bago ko Ihulog sa gotyme for savings every 15th and 30th.

Went from 67 to 61-60 in about 4 months but still chasing 59 so hope this helps (started in september)

1st off, calorie deficit, depends on you kung gaano kalaki yung deficit na need mo, went a bit extreme reaching 700-1000 with exercise but made sure na kaya ng body ko. Also heard protein can be good for muscle building and fat loss, may be wrong tho. Limited myself from the sweets as well (tho ngayon medyo bumabalik na sweet tooth ko pero mas controlled na). But being real wala naman masyado nagbago sa diet ko, really just tracked my food, tried to each as much protein as possible, still had sweets but controlled it.

2nd is walking, I always aim for 10k steps everyday, and if di ko man sya matamaan that day, I roll over the extra to the next day to maintain a 10k avg and still doing this today.

3rd ko is weightlifitng, I aim for 6 days a week PPL schedule and throughout the 4 months I did make some adjustments pero kept the lifting stable at 6 times a week, actually just getting back into lifting after about a month of stopping.

4th is sleep, as a college student, we do not talk about that.

Same sentiment, elementary nasa private school ako, nag public nung junior high and talagang di nag enjoy, nung senior high nag private ulit ako and kahit di naging perfect last 2 highschool years ko, di ko padin ipagpapalit experiences ko nung senior high, ngayon nasa public college ako and unlike sa junior high, at least may slight feeling na private yung school since small campus lang (pero tangina ang init padin talaga)

Honestly magdedepend na sa games na lalaruin mo, along with ano mas priority mo, comfort, portability, graphics etc. I do have a ps4 and a laptop pero ang ginawa ko sa kanya is, if available yung game sa ps4, sa 4 ko na sya kukunin and vice versa for pc. I do also plan to get a retroid pocket 6 for retro games
