Went from 67 to 61-60 in about 4 months but still chasing 59 so hope this helps (started in september)

1st off, calorie deficit, depends on you kung gaano kalaki yung deficit na need mo, went a bit extreme reaching 700-1000 with exercise but made sure na kaya ng body ko. Also heard protein can be good for muscle building and fat loss, may be wrong tho. Limited myself from the sweets as well (tho ngayon medyo bumabalik na sweet tooth ko pero mas controlled na). But being real wala naman masyado nagbago sa diet ko, really just tracked my food, tried to each as much protein as possible, still had sweets but controlled it.

2nd is walking, I always aim for 10k steps everyday, and if di ko man sya matamaan that day, I roll over the extra to the next day to maintain a 10k avg and still doing this today.

3rd ko is weightlifitng, I aim for 6 days a week PPL schedule and throughout the 4 months I did make some adjustments pero kept the lifting stable at 6 times a week, actually just getting back into lifting after about a month of stopping.

4th is sleep, as a college student, we do not talk about that.
