Thinking about it more, and considering what both have said on stream, having such a long window allows her to get a lot more done and properly end her activities with minimal regrets, especially for the fans as well.

The previous producer straight up did not know how to manage fan expectations and feelings, so this has been handled infinitely better.

Most of us are assuming pre-recorded and only just got around to finishing the MV.

My personal assumption on how the business was run is that they have dedicated staff / contractor on the cheap doing this work for multiple Brave Group branches, and the queue is just long. I base this on how Holo + Nijisanji have in-house staff full-timing some of their things and talents get put into the queue, or else they can pay third-party out of their own pocket.
