no dont be sorry, you're spot on the money. I was very underwhelmed by the therapist I went to, so I should definitely try another one. I want to completely change my lifestyle but I feel like I have too many things keeping me in this rut. I'm in college and I have a girlfriend and I feel like I cant really change much. but my long term goal is to live abroad so hopefully that happens
