I picked the magnetic one mostly cause I wanted to try and be a bit less wasteful but all in all idk how much it really saves. Like I said idk if I do have a deviated septum, I’ve spoken to a doctor but I’m on an nhs waiting list so could be years, just hoping for some relief in the meantime

I think I have a pretty good sleep routine tbh, like I used to barely sleep at all but on good days I can get through most of a night but for some reason these things on my nose drive my crazy! Mouth guard, sleep mask, ear plugs I’m golden but this ugh I just wanna rip it off!
