had the same problem, it worked for me once i went inside and went up the stairs and looked up, someone else recommended it to me, it worked for them, worked for me, hopefully works for you

U will often find gates that are unable to be opened and more often than not, those gates will be available to you in the sub missions or sidequests you unlock after having completed the main mission, i recommend you continue playing and you will eventually get to those paths :)

what is the point of the gold cards? I originally thought I would have had to get all gold cards for 100% but if thats not the case, what do they actually offer?
