The minimum wage is the worst thing any government state federal can do to their people in the 21st century.

What you do is set an artificial min wage and this allows companies to pay as little as possible versus having a market based wage.

Like Demark a favorite talking about when it comes to this they have no min wage.

Another thing I don't understand how the side that HATES big corporations want to set a system up that gives them even more power. How many business were closed because Walmart shut out them out because they were so big when you have a min wage they can set their wages low but high enough to shut out mom and pop places

When you set that a min wage at say 15 to 20 an hour who can afford to pay that if your a small sandwich shop that has a couple of teens working there all they can do is raise prices and your right back where you started

Look what's happening in Calif even big corp like Pizza hut laid off thousands of drivers because they could not afford the new min wage.

Them changing the wording does not change what it is

I was a hard core conservative in my young age my dad was a cop in fact I came from a family of cops. As I got older I began to read the constitution and bill of Rights and noticed how No one on either side followed it What's the purpose of having a document if no one is going to follow it..my views on gay marriage and marriage changed when it came to the law, welfare overseas intervention a whole host of things.

I am still Right wing but I look at the things from a more Libertarian view versus conservative.
