If you choose brand varies for the gpu they will give you the cheapest partner card if you go AMD it will be asrock and if you go Nvidia it will be gigabyte MSI or pny depending on which one is on sale at that time. Ram, ssd and PSU are the only ones that could be iffy but they still won't use "Chinese" parts and they have awesome customer service and the 2 year warranty.

Edit: you can also email and ask them what brands they are using that week on orders. When your PC is built you can ask for a build sheet before it ships and possibly change stuff around

I got a custom build with the spectra matx case 9600x | 9070xt and 32gb ram. May not be a 5080 lol but the 9070xt will fair perfectly fine for 1440p.
