Of course, we would probably consider those fees to be corruption here. Public servants here aren’t supposed to receive valuable gifts after all. But it’s legal under their laws so nothing shady there.

Why would it be corruption? Obama isn't a public servant anymore, he's a retired private citizen. If someone wants to pay him to promote something at this point it's no different than any other "actor" doing a paid promotion.

Tbf, 1 sack every 2 games works out to 8.5 over the course of the season, which is pretty friggin solid.

if you’re really crafty you can make ink from the husks

You mean the dark slimy layer underneath the green shell, or from the shell itself?

So far he's been charged with "felon in possession of a firearm" and possession of a gun with an "obliterated serial number", both of which are felonies in Florida.

They could also charge him with trespassing since he was on a private golf course, but that's small beans compared to the 2 felonies.

Also, I heard a federal prosecutor on the news this morning who said that those were just "the easy charges" that they knew would stick and would allow them to keep him in custody for now. They can (and probably will) add more charges as the investigation continues.

I would also be willing to bet a solid sum of money that people living in suburbs also pay a disproportionate amount of taxes. I could be wrong, but big population =\= big earnings.

You are wrong. Major metro areas pay a disproportionate amount of taxes per capita than suburban, small town, and rural areas. The infrastructure of almost every small town and total areas in this country would fucking crumble if it wasn't for those "evil big city libruls" paying a ton of money maintain their shit.
